The Easy-Trim 1 Hour Fire Rated Loft Hatch is perfectly suited for a wide variety of installations in lofts or ceilings.
It is manufactured from polyester, powder coated in white satin (RAL 9010) as standard.
The insulation is one hour certified by virtue of integrity.
This hatch exceeds Building Regulations Approved Document L and NHBC Requirements.
Fire tested to BS EN 1364-2, smoke tested to BS EN 1634-3 and has been air tested in UKAS accredited test house.
