Mila Ideal Egress Fire-Escape Side-Hung Friction Hinge
The Mila Ideal Egress Fire-Escape Friction Hinge has been designed to provide an easy escape route in the event of an fire.
Each hinge allows you to open your casement window to almost 90 degrees for easy egress.
They allow casement windows (dependent on size) to satisfy the egress requirements of Document B of the Building Regulations.
For emergency egress, any window should have an unobstructed openable area that is at least 0.33m square and at least 450mm high and 450mm wide.
Supplied in pairs.
