Security is of the most upmost importance, which is why with this skylight, it passes PAS24: 2016 security standard so you can rest assured.

The double glazed flat rooflight offers a 28mm thick glazing construction, that offers various benefits such as fantastic thermal efficiency and an easy clean coating to name a few.

Standard & bespoke sizes available from 630 x 630 mm and designed to suit roof kerbs/upstands with pitch between 3 and 5 degrees.

With the Korniche flat rooflight, you have a choice of various glazing options and frame colours such as:

External Frame Colours:

• White (9910G)
• Grey (7016M)
• Black (9005M)

Glazing Options:

• Ambi Clear – 1.2 U-Value (42% Solar Heat Reflection & 78% light transmission)
• Ambi Neutral – 1.2 U-Value (60% Solar Heat Reflection & 37% light transmission)
• Ambi Blue – 1.2 U-Value (60% Solar Heat Reflection & 47% light transmission)

The internal colour refers to the glass bezel, which is always black gloss.

You also have the option of a triple glazed rooflight for further enhancements on performance.

With installation, we recommend an upstand between 70-75mm thick for simple installation.
