RoofLITE+ SLIM PINE is a budget-friendly high quality pine centre pivot roof window model of the RoofLITE+ range.

The double glazed Low-E pane allows for natural daylight to flow into your home easily whilst the toughened outer pane offers additional protection.

The RoofLITE+ SLIM VENT has a centre-pivot mechanism (hinges mounted at half window height) and is manufactured from sustainably sourced pine wood.

The pine has undergone an impregnation process during the production process. This ensures durability and robustness over many years.

The SLIM VENT includes a reduced-width slim frame and secondary ventilation via the handle and striking plate.

The first gives the centre pivot window a contemporary appearance when viewed from the inside, as well as contribute to a budget friendly price.

Secondly, the ventilation is achieved with multiple securing positions on the striking plate that the handle goes into, allowing ventilation whilst securing your window.

Despite its relatively thinner frame, the RoofLITE+ SLIM Pine has an effective thermal insulation value of 1.3 W/m²K.

A U-value like this stands up comparably to its thicker frame counterparts such as the SOLID WHITE, SOLID PVC and even the VELUX 70 pane windows.

This is achieved, thanks to the double glazing, the two low emission coatings and the toughened external pane.

The handle mounted at the base of the sash ensures easy and convenient operation at any height.

Often and incorrectly referred to as a skylight, a roof window has been primarily designed to suit habitable rooms such as bedrooms, kitchens and offices.

A pitched roof skylight is most suitable to uninhabited areas such as unconverted lofts and garages.
