And with its 56mm, highly insulated trapdoor, you will also benefit from enhanced thermal efficiency.

It also contains a solid timber loft ladder which can carry a maximum load of 150kg and reach ceiling heights of up to 2.75m, which is suitable for most homes.

The Easi-Build ladder folds into dimensions no larger than your trap door for easy stowing and minimal space taken in your loft.

Spring-assisted stowage is a feature that allows for smooth opening and closing, which is achieved with a timber stowing pole.

It carries slip-resistant treads and plastic slip-resistant feet for comfortable climbing and added stability.
