This kit has been designed for ultra energy efficiency with the supplied 64mm insulated trapdoor.

This makes it perfect for those who prioritise energy efficiency whilst ensuring safe access to their loft space.

It also contains a solid timber loft ladder which can carry a maximum load of 150kg and reach ceiling heights of up to 2.86m, which is suitable for most homes.

The Thermoplus ladder folds into dimensions no larger than your trap door for easy stowing and minimal space taken in your loft.

Spring-assisted stowage is a feature that allows for smooth opening and closing, which is achieved with a timber stowing pole.

It carries slip-resistant treads and plastic slip-resistant feet for comfortable climbing and added stability.

You will also benefit from a heavy-duty handrail that can be positioned either side of the loft ladder.
